Vaccination Mandates
While I have personally chosen to get the COVID-19 vaccination and a booster shot, I support every person's right to make that personal decision about their own healthcare.
I do not support un-Constitutional mandates that force any person on any age level to take the vaccinations for any reason.
I am against any local, state, or federal government official or bureaucratic agency that unilaterally creates mandates out of thin air without any legislative input.  I am against any unilateral government official to "create laws or rules" that prohibits anyone their right to go to church, to school, to work, or to participate in any other normal activity.

I passionately disagree with the curricula that is being instituted into our schools called Critical Race Theory or CRT.  It is alternatively referred to as a misleading term called Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Actually, CRT is not a true curriculum in the accepted sense of the word.  It is instead a movement that uses false charges of racism to accuse and confuse Americans into thinking the history and foundation of our nation was and still is fundamentally racist.
It is an insidious teaching that attempts to convince Americans that security, opportunity, and prosperity are white supremacist values and that the country must atone for the national sins of our past by rejecting traditional values.
I am against such teaching and indoctrination of our youth.  I will oppose any such legislation that institutes or allows this curriculum into our schools.

The West Virginia Governor's proposal to establish an even more complicated bureaucratic legislation on car taxes is simply weird and redundant.

A much more straightforward and common sense approach would be for West Virginia voters to simply approve the West Virginia Constitutional Amendment

# 2 on election day, which immediately thereafter would give the West Virginia State Legislature the authority to flat out eliminate West Virginia's cumbersome and hated annual car tax.

The elimination of West Virginia's annual car tax is legislation that I would enthusiastically sponsor and vote to enact!
